| Kindly note the following: |

 Driver’s overnight allowance $30 per night is Charged if driver has to stay outside of Livingstone but within Zambia and accommodation was not provided.
|
|
|
|
Driver’s lunch allowance $5 if driver is not released or given lunch between 12:30 and 14:00 hours |
|
Driver’s 0vertime will be charged at $2.50 per hour outside normal working hours. i.e. 08:00 - 17:00 hours Mon. to Fri. From 12:00 hours, Saturday, Sundays, for public holidays charges apply all day. |

|
All vehicles are released with a full tank and are expected back with a full tank. A fee of $100 is charged to the hirer if the vehicle is not refueled upon return. |
|
|
Insurance at $15 per person per day will be applicable.
|
|
A minimum deposit of 60% of the estimated cost of hire is required 72 hours before commencement of our services no services will be rendered unless full deposit for the number of days required has been received 72 hours before arrival date. |
|
All cancellations must be received 72 hours before arrival date, otherwise a levy of 35% of the deposit shall be charged to the client. |
|
Discounted Rates available e.g.: Vat exempt organisations, corporate rates, combination service requirements (accommodation, car hire and travel booking) |
|
| Payments are denominated in US$ but payable either in US$ or Kwacha equivalent |
