Percy is founder and Chief Executive Officer for Peco Hospitality Solutions, Holder of BA (Hons) in hotel and tourism management from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University school of Hotel and Tourism Management. Percy has vast experience in the hospitality and tourism industry both local and international. He has worked both in private and public sector. He is determined to see that Peco becomes one of the successful hospitality and tourism business in Zambia.

Constance is the operations manager and co-founder of Peco Hospitality Solutions Ltd. She brings to the company more than 7 years work experience in the private sector rising from a Hotel Management trainee to her last job as General Manager for Little Paradise Hotel.
